Principle
This site collects the minimum data required for it to work. No advertising profiling is carried out and no data is sold.
Contact form
Name, organisation, email address, subject and message are collected, for the sole purpose of answering your enquiry. This data is kept for three years from the last exchange.
Newsletter
Only the email address is collected. It is kept until you unsubscribe, which is possible from every mailing.
Cookies
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. The YouTube video is only loaded after an explicit action on your part: until you start it, no third-party cookie is set. The ambient video on the home page is hosted on this site and sets nothing.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object. To exercise it, write to management@oeildedagon.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).
